The PlayStation Now beta has been available on the PS3 since January, but Sony has finally extended the beta to include the PS4 too. The PlayStation Now beta launched on the PS4 on May 20th, but is limited to North America like the PS3 beta. Beta codes were sent out to chosen gamers this week, to allow them to take part in the beta.
Over 50,000 hours of gameplay has been clocked in on the beta so far, and unfortunately there’s no news on whether a similar beta will be available in Europe. The PS3 beta is planned to extend to a broader audience in the near future, but it’s likely to just include more gamers in North America, rather than release to new territories.
