Just when you thought you can have a nice long weekend playing games, Sony decides to schedule some PlayStation Network maintenance right Easter Monday. A tweet (which has since been removed) states that the PSN will be down for maintenance for 12 hours starting on Monday afternoon.
The 12 hours of network maintenance starts on Monday 21st at 16:00, and ends on Tuesday 22nd April at 04:00 BST. For those in the UK and Europe, this means limited online gaming on the last day of the long weekend.
The U.K. gets eight bank holidays, of which Monday is one of them. With the PSN and PlayStation Store down, it’s a but useless to have a Easter Sale when it won’t be available on Easter Monday.
