If you are a LOVEFiLM customer renting games, it’s time to cancel you subscription. The company, owned by Amazon, has announced that it will be ending its games rental service for all customers from August 8th 2013. Customers who have the Games package will be downgraded to the Unlimited DVDs & Blu-rays package, which included unlimited LOVEFiLM Instant access too.
The only good thing about this news is that the package price will also drop to £13.27 a month (usually £14.99). The only question now remaining is, what will they do will all those games now?
I for one will be cancelling my subscription once games have stopped. It’s a good thing I still have lots of PlayStation Plus titles to catch up on.
