It looks like some Hong Kong and Singapore PlayStation Plus accounts have been granted access to a PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale beta. The beta is free to download, but appears to be limited to those two regions for the time being.
The beta features 6 playable characters but only includes the multiplayer modes. The beta’s goal is to test match making and server loads. The beta is in English so hopefully we will see it become available in North America and Europe pretty soon.
