Ubisoft is following suit by releasing it’s own ‘online pass’ in the form of Uplay Passport, it’s been revealed. Driver: San Francisco will be one of the first to use the system, which will lock out multiplayer to anyone that hasn’t got a code, mainly affecting the second-hand games market.
Sony announced its own pass system just over a week ago called the PSN Pass, and publishers like EA and THQ have been using their own systems for sometime now.
