We recently revealed that Episode 2 of FirstPlay will contain a free PSP Minis titles for customers. Sony has now officially announced what that PSP Minis title will be: Gameshastra’s D-Cube Planet, a classy action-puzzler in which players must manipulate sliding blocks in order to recover an alien spaceship. The title will be compatible on both the PSP and PS3.
The game is worth £2.49, but the title hasn’t received very good reviews according to Metacritic. Even the Official PlayStation Magazine (UK), who creates the FirstPlay content, has given the title only 50%. We would have liked it if a better game was included.
Episode 2 will be available to purchase on Thursday, 15th April 2010. The episode will also feature a HD review of Super Streetfighter IV and HD previews of Split/Second: Velocity and Dead To Rights: Retribution. Also packed in is a countdown of the best FIFA goals and some stunning HD screenshots of new shooter Vanquish.
Looking forward to the previews n Vanquish. A big boo to the lame mini expected, though it’s probably better than nothing.
