Sony has announced that Amazon will start selling digital access codes for more than 200 PlayStation Network games and game-related content for the PlayStation 3 and PSP. You can start redeeming codes right now from Amazon.com, and use them to download content for the PS3 or PSP systems with US PSN accounts. The codes will stay in the customer’s Your Games & Software Library so you can retrieve them at a later time if needed.
“With more than 600 million pieces of content downloaded to date, consumers are turning to PlayStation Network more than ever for digitally distributed entertainment content,” said Peter Dille, senior vice president of Marketing and PlayStation Network. “We are excited to team with Amazon.com to expand our reach with Amazon’s market leading ability to target current and future PlayStation consumers.”
How about Amazon.co.uk?
Nothing for Amazon UK yet. Hopefully soon though!
I know that they do intend to sell PSN cards in europe, just assumed it would be soonsih? Before Xmas?
PlayStation Cards are available in Europe on Amazon and Play.com. Most other retailers are selling them too, but HMV has the best deal. £20 PSN Card for only £18 – bargain!
@Niraj Shah
Cool, I always get HMV vouchers from distant relatives, so for once I can actually use them to get something that I want, rather than an armfull of £3 Dvd’s.
When is Wipout HD released? I mean in retail outlets? Might be cheaper to buy from a store then off the PSN network?
HMV ?
This is good cuz everytime you try to add a credit card on ur psn account is always says invalid
@DaLi
